The College was established in the year 2008 by Lokmanya Medical Foundation. It was started with admission capacity of 30 students. In 2008 the college got affiliated to Maharashtra University if Health Sciences, Nashik with admission capacity of 30 students. This college is recognized by Maharashtra Government, Maharashtra State OTPT Council, Mumbai and MUHS Nashik. During all these years students were getting clinical knowledge and competency by attending multi-speciality hospitals run by Y.C.M under guidance of the Specialist doctors attached to Y.C.M Hospital, Pimpri.
In the year 2012 the college was taken over by Late Shree Fakirbhai Pansare Education Foundation under the guidance of Shri Azambhai Pansare. The team of this foundation consists of young, energetic and dynamic persons who are looking after the betterment of the students. Various plans and policies are developed by members of new management for development of college both academically and clinically which will help the students to become competent doctor in the society. Currently the college is having all the departments as per the directions of MUHS and Council with well experienced staff. The teachers are guiding the students not only academically but also at extra-curricular level. The students are posted in College OPD, Sterling Hospital, Star Hospital, Dhanwantari Hospital, Homeopathic OPD Chinchwad and Yashwantrao Chavan Memorial Hospital, Pimpri Pune where they are exposed to clinical part of medical practice.

"Physiotherapy" means a branch of modern medical science, which includes examination, assessment, interpretation, physical diagnosis, planning and execution of treatment and advice to any person for the purpose of preventing, correcting, alleviating and limiting dysfunction. The program is taught by qualified faculty and has a balanced exposure of both academic and clinical training. The undergraduate program is for four and a half years (4 years + 6 months Internship) with a well-organized curriculum and delivery modes emphasizing on evidence based practices. Eligibility: The candidates should have passed the qualifying 12th std./HSC examination having Group B or AB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) as Mandatory subjects.
